About Northstar Preschool Fair Oaks

Northstar Preschool at Fair Oaks is a privately owned early education center in Dallas, Texas, serving children from 6 weeks to 12 years old.

We offer both Montessori and traditional programs to support children’s growth from infancy through school age. Our learning environment encourages independence, curiosity, and social-emotional well-being, providing children with a calm, structured, and enriching place to grow.

Our Philosophy

At Northstar, we believe that children thrive when given the opportunity to explore at their own pace in a thoughtfully prepared environment. Grounded in child development research, we prioritize relationships, hands-on learning, and low-stimulation spaces that foster focus and creativity. Our philosophy centers on the whole child—supporting physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development in balance.

Who We Are

Northstar was founded on the principles of youth mentorship, family life, and early childhood development. With a vision rooted in the belief that early learning is one of the most powerful investments we can make in a child’s future, that same vision continues to guide everything we do, from our curriculum choices to how we care for our educators.

Our Fair Oaks location is led by Jessica, our experienced Center Director with over 18 years in the childcare industry. Jessica leads with passion, care, and an unwavering commitment to providing a nurturing, professional, and community-centered preschool experience.
